From 19 to 21 September 2025 , Porto Recanati will once again turn the spotlight on cycling with the fifth edition of the 5Mila Marche , an event that has now become unmissable for lovers of cycling and authentic experiences.
More than just a granfondo, the 5Mila is a true cycling festival that combines breathtaking scenery, culture, local flavors, and a convivial atmosphere. Participants can choose from three routes designed for every level of fitness:

Granfondo 5Mila : 115 km (1,700 m D+) or 87 km (1,240 m D+) between the sea, hills and historic villages

5Mila Extreme : 274 km and 5,290 m D+ – one of the most challenging randonnées in Europe, official ARI Audax Italia test with a 300 km brevet

5Mila Gravel : 69 km on dirt roads and scenic stretches, crossing the historic centres of Recanati and Loreto
The start and finish directly on the Porto Recanati seafront make the event unique: while athletes tackle climbs and unforgettable landscapes, friends and family can enjoy the beach, children's events, walks, and evening concerts. All this is topped off with renowned refreshments featuring Marche products (such as ciauscolo) and the traditional final pasta party with mussels and Passerina wine .
A perfect mix of sport, nature, and conviviality: the 5Mila is an experience every cyclist should try at least once.
