Before any physical activity, a competition or even a simple workout, it is essential to prepare yourself with adequate warm-up exercises. In this way our body begins to activate gradually and to get used to movement and effort. Doing so greatly reduces the risk of injuries that often involve the muscles and tendons most stressed. We have studied a series of functional products to adequately accompany the pre-sport preparation phase.
