The routes wind from Courmayeur towards La Salle, Saint Nicolas, Colle San Carlo (the GPM of the race at 1,915 metres, only for the Granfondo route) and La Thuile to then return to Courmayeur. The medium route is 88km and 2030m in altitude, the long route is 109km and 3210m in altitude.
