Directions for use

WARMUP CREAM

Apply the cream 10 minutes before starting training or a competition on the muscles and tendons primarily involved, until completely absorbed. The Menthol in the formula may cause a slight burning sensation if it comes into contact with the eyes; it is recommended to wash your hands thoroughly after application.

COOLDOWN CREAM

Accompany the application of the cream after training with a massage on muscles and tendons, until completely absorbed. If necessary, repeat the operation, focusing on the most fatigued muscles and tendons. Ideal if applied after proper muscle cool-down work.

Relaxes and regenerates tired muscles and tendons after every workout or competition.

Applied with a massage on muscles and tendons, it has a muscle relaxant action thanks to Arnica Montana, while Escin is a natural draining agent, and finally, Ylang Ylang Essential Oil has calming properties.
